As a registered user you will be able to order online and have access to all of the benefits of our website, such as E-Subscriptions, news, special offers, etc. All of your personal information is kept completely confidential. We do not give out or sell contact information to individuals or corporations.
Currently our domestic orders include applicable sales tax (6.00%) for the states of Michigan and Wyoming only. Your order is automatically insured up to $100.00 if shipped by UPS. All orders usually ship within 3 business days (U.S. orders only) from the time they are received. Please allow more time during the months of November and December due to the holiday rush. If you have special requirements for your order or need it by a certain date, please be sure to note that in the "Comments" section when finalizing your order. We will contact you if special arrangements need to be made. Orders can be rushed and sent within 24 hours upon request.
Our preferred method of shipping is Global Priority for foreign orders. The preferred payment method is credit card (visa/mastercard, American Express), however we do take cashiers checks and western union.
Shipping Rates and Requirements
Currently the preferred shipping method is UPS but however we will soon offer other shipping methods for your convenience. When these are available they will automatically be included in the shopping cart. Shipping rates are provided during the order finalization process. If you need to know the status of your order, obtain a tracking number or a copy of a previous order, please email us. Below are the MINIMUM shipping rates you may expect for UPS service.

If you are placing an order through our online shopping system for the first time, please note that if you have questions concerning the ordering process do not hesitate to call us immediately with your ordering questions. All orders are usually shipped within three (3) business days (domestic orders only) from the time they are received. All personal checks must clear through the bank before the order will be shipped.
Subscriptions can and will change as new information becomes available. Subscriptions may be free or may have a monthly subscription fee. Any information you provide us with in regards to subscriptions will remain private and will not be shared with anyone and will be used expressly for subscription you have signed up for. New offers, products and special promotions will always be offered to our subscribers before being made available to the general public. Please adhere to the return policy for speedy refunds or exchanges!
Our return policy is as follows:
1. Never automatically return merchandise without contacting us first.
2. All claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of merchandise.
3. All merchandise must be returned to Insect World within 20 days of receipt in the original packaging. We will not be held liable for merchandise damaged in transit due to improper packaging by the purchaser.
If MyPal Publishing is at fault we will either replace the merchandise or refund its value at our discretion.
