1 C creamy peanut butter
3/4 C granulated sugar
3/4 C packed brown sugar
1/2 C butter or margarine - softened
2 eggs
1 1/2 C all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 C chopped unsalted dry-roasted peanuts
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Beat peanut butter, sugars, butter and eggs in
large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed, or mix with spoon.
Stir in flour and baking soda. Stir in peanut (dough will be stiff).
Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto
ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until light brown.
Cool 1 to 2 minutes; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack.
