1 C chopped celery
1 medium onion chopped
1 tbsp. butter, saute until golden brown
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. brown sugar
3 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt (optional)
1 tsp. mustard
1 C ketchup
1 C water
2 lbs. ground beef
Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan. Cook slowly for
2-2 1/2 hours. (Is better reheated)
